Mohammed Alolaim

Chief Executive Officer

Eng. Mohammed Alolaim is a chief executive officer at Al Olaim Group and former Oil, gas, Water & electricity Minister for the State of Kuwait.

An Industrial Engineer with 37 years of experience in leadership roles in the Oil, gas, Water & electricity industry. He was the chairman of KPC (Kuwait Petroleum Corporation), member of Kuwait supreme petroleum council, member of Kuwait supreme council for planning and development.

During his tenure at KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) as a Snr. Manager of operation planning team, Eng. Mohammed demonstrated a strong track record in initiating and leading change, driving results, strengthening operational risk and compliance, and innovating amid a rapidly evolving technical landscape.

Previously, he was a member of economic and financial committee (National Assembly). He also was parliament member for Kuwait national assembly, Head of parliament friendship committees (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Cameroon, and Senegal)

Eng. Mohammed earned a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Industrial Engineering from A&T State University (USA).

He was a Partner and board member of Wethaq Takaful Insurance Company and a board member of KIF (Kuwait Investment Authority).
